The more menu is full of powerful features that you may not use on a daily basis:
These are the functions available:
Email - send an email to your customer with details of the current reservation
View Planner - pop up a visual planner of the current reservation
Sign Waiver (beam) - beam a copy of the client registration details - to your preferred device - for signing & updating
Print Options - what defaults do you want
Change Stage - for correcting mistakes (for regular stage transitions use the 'next stage button'
Recalculate Prices - imagine you have a reservation, but then update your prices in a price group. This will recalculate the reservation using your new prices.
Stripe refunds - if you use Stripe and want to do a refund - over Stripe but integrated with BRM.

Insurance price after changing a bike
After changing a booking in a way that affects its price, open More → Recalculate Prices and check the total, including insurance. If insurance still shows the old amount, contact support with the booking reference and the old and new bike types. If you have already recalculated and the amount is still wrong, tell support that rather than repeating the same step.
