Show / Hide Columns in the Reservation List Panel

BRM uses tables (also called grids) to display data. These tables are made up of rows and columns, and by default, BRM automatically displays the most relevant columns based on the task you’re performing.

However, you may sometimes want to see additional information—or simplify your view by hiding certain columns. Some tables may also contain extra hidden columns that you can choose to display.

How to Manage Columns


You can view and adjust available columns in any table by following these steps:

  1. Hover over the column headers – Move your mouse to the right side of a column name.

  2. Select the “cogs” option – This will expand a menu showing all available columns for that table.

    • Columns that are currently visible will already be ticked.

  3. Show or hide columns

    • To show a column, tick the box.

    • To hide a column, untick the box.



This feature gives you control over how much detail you want to see, helping you tailor BRM’s tables to fit your workflow.
