Show / Hide columns
BRM uses lots of tables (or grids) to display data. These tables consist of lots of columns and rows.
Most of the time BRM automatically sets appropriate columns to be visible according to what you're doing at the time. However, sometimes you may want to see more or fewer columns. There may or may not be additional hidden columns for your table.
You can see all available columns with any of the tables, as follows. Hover your mouse over the column headings, specifically to the right of the names of the columns. You will see a little drop-down menu appear:
Now select the 'cogs' menu item and it will expand to show all the columns available in this table. Columns you can already see will be ticked.
- To show a column tick it.
- To hide a column un-tick it.
