Reservation Detail Panel (RDP)

The Reservation Detail Panel lets you view & manage every aspect of your Rental.

Details include:

• Reservation Reference (can't be edited)
• Client Record - click on the link to open up Client Detail Panel (CDP) - as shown above
• Dates and Times - click to modify
• Reservation Type - click to modify
• Group Name (type to modify)
• Referrer (read-only) 
• Reservation Stage - press Next Stage to progress (or click to change)
• Notes - add / view any notes you want
• Events - see the full history of this rental
• Delivery - optional delivery information
• Transactions - add and view transactions
• Communications - coming soon - communications in and out regarding this rental
• Items (inventory) in your rental
  • Add Items
  • Removed Items
  • Swap Items
  • Allocate Items (coming soon)
    • For GBAL mode
    • For Packages

In this example, we have 1 Item, SJ_57cm a Stumpjumper:

Please note - there are lots of columns to display for your list of Items and we use column selectors to help turn them on and off quickly.

From this page you can also perform the following functions:
