You want to give your customers as much help as possible:
- Product Selection: to help them choose the right bike
- Product Selling: to help ensure they actually go ahead and book your bike - rather than just thinking about it (maximise your conversions to bookings)
So it is vital you make your online content as rich as possible.
There are two places for your notes
1. Summary Notes - which appear in the main tab next to the image, on your Product Family
2.Detail Notes - also on the Product Family - but the user must first click on the 'INFO' tab in the online booking
1. Summary Notes
navigate to your Product Family from the Inventory Manage page (add Bikes).
then edit your Summary notes.
This is how they will appear in your Customer Booking Page
2. Detail Notes
[Detail notes are not currently available on the new CBP]
As above, but use the field called 'Notes'
you can use this for any details you like, for example, Tech Specs.
