For businesses that do a lot of deliveries, we'd recommend using the delivery planning module.

This is a fully integrated module that lets you assign reservations to delivery runs:

reservations with delivery notes will show up when you select the relevant date (either OUT or IN)

Once you have scheduled your deliveries and pickups for any given day you can print it out to take with you on your delivery run. 

you must then click "Search" to action your date selection:

Your driver can then check them of as he makes deliveries / pickups etc:

Please Note -  there is also a 'barcode mode' for delivery planning - this lets you handle all the major stages of a delivery using a barcode.
