Sometimes we need to communicate important messages about your account.
We use the in-app messaging system to communicate with any accounts with the role of 'Store Manager'.
Types of message might include the following:
- Commercial
- Your credit card has expired
- You are out of contract
- Your trial is about to end
- Setup
- You have not completed the following setup steps:
- finalise your payment provider.
- You have not completed the following setup steps:
- Operational
- You have the following operational issues:
- this reservation XYZ contains a broken bike.
- You have the following operational issues:
