Refunding via Stripe

You can process refunds directly through Stripe.

How to Process a Refund

Open the More Menu from your Reservation Detail Panel.
Select Stripe Refunds.

This will open a dialog where you can initiate your Stripe refund.

Multiple Transactions

If multiple Stripe transactions have been processed for a single booking, you can choose which transaction to refund. Simply click the drop-down arrow to view all Stripe transactions associated with the booking.
