Post rental email

Where possible, it's very important to create long term relationships with your customers.
One way to do help do this is to send a post-rental email to your users asking how their experience was and perhaps even requesting a review on your favorite site, like Trip Advisor, Trustpilot or a social media share.

How does the feature work?

First of all you need to turn it on...
settings -> Shop Setup -> Email configuration -> Send Post Rental Email:

In that section you have two things you can do:
  1. decide if you want the default to be ON or OFF.  (i.e. normally send or normally don't send)
  2. edit the email you send.  To do that click on the link below to 'Edit Post Rental Feedback Email'.  This will open a new window in your browser to let you edit what you send:

When you check a rental back in the system will display a question about getting customer feedback:
